I'm the owner of a small dog walking/pet sitting business, located in Morris Farm, Gainesville. I have clients in Morris Farm and on Owls Nest Rd off of Vent Hill Rd. In order to save my business car, I must go all the way around to Bristow(Linton Hall Rd.) to Sudley Manor Rd to Vent Hill Rd and back to Owls Nest. Paving Glenkirk now can save me tme, gas and my car. Time is money in my business, since I charge per 30 min. per visit. More visits per day, more tax money for PWC. Thanks Mike

Good Evening,
Although I live in MD, I purchase a Fishing License for VA each year and participate in CAG events within. Opening this area for public fishing would definitely be a benifit to fishermen of all ages and genders. Having the area patrolled is also a welcome aspect. We ask that you pass this measure and opent this venue for all of us.

Sincerely,
J. Hopkins

I placed a notice of the meeting and a link to this blog on the Meadows at Morris Farm Facebook site. I will strongly encourage my neighbors to get educated and get involved in this issue.
It affects us most with the issue of traffic when Rollins Ford is used as a through-way to the fields. Especially if the county doesn't pony up and finish Rollins Ford as a 4 lane road, like they were supposed to...and installing a stoplight at Rollings Ford and Linton Hall. I want to see money put into the supporting area BEFORE any thoughts of putting in fields.
The Installation of lighting and use of elementary and middle schools is a practical and workable idea. I wonder why that was not an option?
